Our Favorite Things From a Weekend at T-Mobile Park
· Updated October 16, 2026
We spent a weekend in Seattle in August 2026 and saw two Mariners games at T-Mobile Park. These are the things we would go back for.
The crab nachos at Way Back Crab Shack

The Bases Loaded Crab Nachos at Way Back Crab Shack, in Section 187, were the only thing we rated a perfect 5 out of 5 at the park. It is a pile of fried wonton chips covered in crab, green onion, and sesame seeds, with a sweet, creamy sauce that makes it taste a lot like a crab rangoon. A plate was $24.99 when we went, and $8 more got it served in a plastic Washington State Ferry boat, which is how we ordered it.
We went back on Sunday for the crab sandwich from the same stand. It was very good, but it was also pricey.
A piroshky from Piroshky Piroshky

Piroshky are Eastern European pastries with savory or sweet fillings, and Piroshky Piroshky sells them in Section 132. The smoked salmon one was our favorite, and the bacon cheeseburger one was not far behind. They come wrapped in paper, so you can take one back and eat it in your seat.
Happy hour in The ‘Pen

The ‘Pen is the standing-room area out by the bullpens, and it had a happy hour on draft beer when we went. We got there early, and drafts were $8. By the time we came back later in the game, they were back to full price, so get your first round early.
Cheap canned beer at the Coca-Cola Ultimate Fan Deck

The staff at Edgar’s Cantina tipped us off to this one. The Coca-Cola Ultimate Fan Deck has coolers full of ice and 12-ounce cans of beer, including Miller High Life, and they were $5 each when we went.
Salmon fish and chips from Ivar’s

Ivar’s is a Seattle seafood chain with a stand in Section 117, and the salmon fish and chips is what to get there. Salmon fits Seattle better than the usual fish-and-chips fish, and don’t skip the house tartar sauce.
The cookie at the 200-level espresso stand

Grounds Crew Espresso, a stand on the 200 level, sells a warm chocolate walnut cookie that was one of the best things we ate at the park. It was $10.99 when we went. You normally need a 200-level ticket to get up there.
The view from the upper deck

Head up to the upper deck on the first base side for the view. You can see the city skyline and Lumen Field just to the north, and on a clear day the Olympic Mountains show up too.
Hot Dogs from Heaven
The Mariners send hot dogs down into the stands on parachutes, and it is a huge hit with the crowd. If you are there when it happens, keep your hands up.
You can find more of the park’s food, stand by stand, in our What to Eat at T-Mobile Park section, and see the items we scored on the T-Mobile Park food ratings.
