The Bleacher Bound SunTracker
Pick a game and see where the sun and shade will be before you buy your tickets.
What you get
- At Coors Field, T-Mobile Park, Wrigley Field, PNC Park, and Fenway Park: sun and shade for every section, row by row.
- At every other ballpark we cover: which areas are in the shade, and how that changes as the game goes on.
How to use it
01
Pick a game. Or enter your own date and first pitch time.
02
Move the slider. It runs from when the gates open through the end of extra innings, so you can watch the shade move.
03
Read the map. It shows what is in the sun and what is in the shade at that moment. Where we have surveyed a ballpark row by row, the sections and rows are listed underneath.
How accurate is it?
We know exactly where the sun sits over each ballpark for any date and time, and an aerial survey tells us where the roofs, decks, and walls are. Together those show where the shade falls. It is very accurate, but it will not be perfect on every seat.
